Educators:

Jessica DiFruscia, MBA, B.Comm, is a WSET Certified Educator with over 25 years of hospitality experience, including 15 years managing her family’s restaurant, Bertoldi’s Trattoria. Holding the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines, she regularly leads wine tastings and educational events throughout the London community.

Known for her approachable teaching style, Jessica helps students build confidence in tasting, selecting, and enjoying wine.

Learn With Anna Jarosz

As Director of the School and a WSET Level 4 Diploma holder , I am proud to deliver globally recognized wine education in alignment with the standards of the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET).

I work as a WSET Online Educator at WSET Global, supporting students from across the world through the WSET Online Classroom. This role involves guiding students through structured learning, providing academic support, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality educational experience in line with WSET’s rigorous framework, including the Systematic Approach to Tasting (SAT).

Maintaining excellence in teaching and student engagement is central to my role. As part of WSET’s global quality assurance framework, I participate in an annual review process that evaluates educational delivery, student support, and adherence to professional standards. This ensures that all teaching remains consistent, current, and aligned with international best practices.

In addition, I work as a Head Sommelier at Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto and I am a part of VQA Sensory Evaluation Tasting Panel.
