This course is ideal for anyone wishing to be introduced to spirits world.
It is suitable for any students who are already in spirits or any other hospitality industry like bar work, mixology that requires good level of product knowledge.
No prior knowledge is required to attend the course.
The course covers the main categories of spirits and liqueurs as well as the influences of production methods on the different styles available in each category.

Exam:
A one hour multiple choice question paper with 50 questions. The pass mark is 55% and is the last session of the course. Online exam is available.
