Course details: $695 CAD a 4-week, 5 module online learning programme
The course will be based around a 5-week, 6 module online learning programme with educator support available for this time.
It is a self –study programme and Live Webinars are not available during that course.

Course structure
Module 1: Introducing Spirits
Module 2: Fruit and Sugar Cane Spirits
Module 3: Whisk(e)y, Tequila and Mezcal
Module 4: Vodka; Flavoured Spirits; Liqueurs and Aromatised Wines
Module 5: Bar Essentials and Cocktails
Module 6: Revision and Resources
You will have access to online study materials for 12 months after starting the course.
Regular access and participation in the course online activities is essential for this mode of study.
The course prepares the student for our qualification and they are guided by a WSET educator.
All students are guided by a WSET educator and can contact the educator any time for the duration of the scheduled course, if they have any questions.
Students should taste a range of spirits during their studies. A list of recommended tasting samples can be found in the specification. Wines are not provided as part of the cost, but you will be given guidance on the styles to taste.

Book the course:
To book the course you must fill in or email us a booking form to booking@tsws-wine.com and make a payment at least 2 weeks before the start of the course. We will send payment details after receiving the booking form.
It is important for the student to provide a complete and accurate delivery address and make sure someone is available to receive the WSET Certificate, at that address. Any materials returned to our distribution centre, having not been successfully received by the student, will automatically result in an additional cost of return being charged
Exam:A one hour multiple choice question paper with 50 questions. The pass mark is 55%. Exam can be taken online or in person.
All exams must be taken within 12 months of completing the course.
This course now comes with the ability to sit your examination online, so you don’t need to wait or travel to complete your qualification. More details on how online examinations work will be shared with you once you enroll.
You can also take the exam in person in Toronto. You must request the exam dates before you sign up for the course, otherwise, you will need to take the exam online.
Technology requirements: To use the Online Classroom, we recommend that you use a laptop or desktop device and have a reliable internet connection. To sit your examination online you will also need one additional smart device such as a smartphone or tablet
